Club Portal
Boys & Girls Clubs of the Capital Area uses a online platform for our membership. Known as My Club Hub, this portal allows families to signup for youth services, in Albany & Troy, NY.
Click the Club Portal button below when you're ready to open the portal login screen in a new tab. Scroll down to see the best practices for completing the registration process.
Step 1
Create a new account. It is important to fill out the form completely in order to receive the best service.
Once the form is complete simply click the 'Submit' button at the bottom. A verification email will be sent to the address you provided.
Click the link provided in the email and you will be asked to create a password for your account. Once your password is created you will automatically move to the next step.
Step 2
Household Account Details. This page will include more information as the registration procedures are completed.
If you are a parent/guardian:
Please click 'Add Household Member' in the lower left section labeled 'My Household.' Here you can enter the information related to the youth who will be attending programs.
If you are a youth:
Please click 'Add Household Member' in the lower left section labeled 'My Household.' Here you can enter the information related to your parent/guardian.
